Great room and staff!

great location gym facilities laundry facilities

The location was very good, near main streets. I enjoyed the room as shown online. The staff was nice to me. The hotel had a gym. I used it. It included treadmills. Also laundry facilities was very useful.

My room was cleaned every 3 days only. My eyes get very itchy when i return.

Service

The staff helped me with english. The staff was friendly, and always happy to help. I liked i could get towels when i needed them from the hallway close to my room. It was convenient.

fantastic hotel stay

convenient location friendly staff clean hotel

the location is convenient with subway lines easily accessible. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel appears new and well maintained. the entire hotel was spotlessly clean which i definitely valued.

my window was covered with dark membrane. it made the room completely dark during the day. this lack of daylight created a depressing atmosphere in the room.

the hotel provided a coupon for a complimentary drink from the bar. the sport bar also allows ordering a protein shake. many dining options are available within a short walk of the hotel.

the laundry facilities were quite handy with coin operated washing machines and dryers. a small gym offers basic equipment for workouts. automatic blood pressure and weight measurement devices are available in the gym area. luggage storage was available and easy.

small room unclear instructions

the room size felt smaller than advertised i expected more space for my belongings also i noticed a strange smell in the bathroom it was not strong but noticeable i think better ventilation is needed additionally the instructions for using the in-room safe were unclear i had to call reception for assistance which was inconvenient

fantastic central stay!

central location great gym laundry facilities

i totally loved the central location close to nishiki market restaurants are steps away the staff are lovely i found the gym equipped for a great workout plus the laundry facilities are super convenient for longer trips it's easy to keep everything fresh i appreciated the option to borrow umbrellas too

the fridge was more like a minibar and didn't get very cold but it wasn't a major issue

the hotel's central location grants easy access to many dining options i found multiple restaurants offering delicious meals within a short walk from the front entrance i liked the neighborhood feel of the cafes nearby too.

i found the proximity to kawaramachi street quite convenient this area is a short walk offering various shops restaurants and entertainment i found easy access to public transportation allowing me to explore the surrounding area i really appreciated that.

my studio classic twin room was spacious i found a good amount of cupboard and hanging space for my clothes that kept everything organized the air conditioning worked perfectly maintaining a comfortable temperature i slept well every night.

mixed feelings about this stay

yellow stains stained floor

The room was not great. A lamp shade had yellow stains. i'm not sure if the rooms are deodorized properly. i found the stains concerning. the floor also had some stains. It looked like they don't clean or replace the lamp.
